There is no harm when sexual desire does not arise and the ch’i of the kidneys is not disturbed. But if sexual desire is aroused, the ch’i of the kidneys is disturbed and the pure and essential ch’i is held back and not ejaculated. At such times, the ch’i will stagnate in the lower half of the body and boils and sores may result. In such instances, if you quickly take a comfortably hot bath and warm the lower part of your body thoroughly, the stagnating ch’i will circulate, there will be no blockage at all, and you will not have to worry about boils and the like. This technique is good to know.
